Pratibha Easter Singh is Director of Emmanuel hospiral Association’s Community Health Development Program. She leads a team of community development professionals at the grass roots leveland allies across the country to deliver EHA’s mission of seeing health prospering communities living harmoniously. Pratibha brings over 15 years of Regional and National health program management, advocacy and monitoring and evaluation experience to EHA. She earned a medical degree in BDS from the CMC Ludhiana and her Master in Public Health (MPH) degree from the Sree Chitra University of India.
She worked on various health, development and research projects in and across northeast, northern and northwest Indian state for vulnerable and marginalized population that allowed her to gain a depth of knowledge in a wide range of technical expertise which include monitoring, evaluation and research (MER), costing analysis, resource mobilization, policy review and development, advocacy and health promotion, community dialogue and mobilization, community and health systems strengthening, strategic planning and organization development.
Pratibha has also lead numerous health related projects funded by various International agencies covering most disease and social areas inclusive of Sexual and Reproductive health (SRH), Human Rights and Right – based approaches, Orphan, vulnerable children (OVC), Physical Challenges (disabilities)/Mental health, Maternal and Child health (MCH), Nutrition, disaster risk reduction and climate change.
